My desire for a good breakfast greets me as I open my eyes in the morning. I sit down at my favourite table, breathe in the fresh smell of bread rolls and take my time.

I return from my tour - happy and hungry! I re-invigorate myself at the wellness buffet with hearty farmhouse bread, tender bacon and a sweet finish.

It's still wonderfully warm and I float down the stairs into the bathing pond. After cooling off I settle down in the cabana, smile and close my eyes.

Shortly after six, we head for an aperitif. I toast my nearest and dearest, admire the blue-pink sky and can hardly wait for dinner.
