- Afternoon vitality buffet (02:30–04:30 PM): Homemade warm apple strudel, fresh cakes from our in-house patisserie, savory soups, crisp salads, and light snacks following mountain hikes or ski sessions.

MORNING PICK-ME-UPS
Time for a long breakfast? Sadly, in everyday life, that's a scarce commodity. All the more reason to enjoy your morning at MOLIN and the many sweet and savoury pick-me-ups at the breakfast buffet. Aromatic coffee chases away the last bit of sleep. Accompanied by homemade jams and savoury hams, cheese and, of course, oven-fresh bread. Healthy options can also be found at the large organic corner with muesli, yoghurt and fruit. Enjoy your holiday breakfast every day at your leisure between 7:30 am and 10:00 am.
A PLEASURABLE SNACK
Even the best breakfast loses its effect at some point in the mountain air of the Ahrntal valley. Then, when hunger strikes, you should make your way to our wellness buffet from 2:00 pm onwards. Crisp salads, fruit, cheese, South Tyrolean bacon and other light snacks replenish your energy reserves. Our daily homemade cakes and sweets are also an excellent way to satisfy your sweet tooth.
TASTY FINALE
The crowning glory of your holiday follows in the evening. At least from a culinary point of view. Mainly regional products of the highest quality are arranged by our kitchen crew into true treats for the tastebuds and served as part of a 5-course choice menu. A salad buffet is available for fresh salads. This pampering programme is rounded off by the weekly gala dinner with a 6-course gourmet menu and by the various theme evenings such as the new "MOLIN Natural Cuisine 100% Regional Evening". The doors open for dinner is daily from 7 p.m. To 8 p.m.
